We teach children the importance of caring for others and looking after one another. When charity is taught, it can shape a future of selflessness, gratitude and empathy. These are traits that children will carry with them for the rest of their lives, and will help them build a sense of empathy for others in the community.
We support Macmillan with their Autumn Coffee Mornings.
We support Children's Heartbeat Trust each year, doing lots of exercise for Healthy Heart Day and in Walking a Daily Mile in May.
We are incredibly grateful to our supportive school community who help us to raise awareness of these charities with our children.

In December we raised £262.81 for ME.
In February on Red Rock Friday we raised £243.59 for Heart Beat Trust.
In March we raised £60 for our ECO School.
In May we did and mini marathon at Brewster Park and raised £810 for playground equipment.
