On Tuesday we went to Brewster park for our sports day. The children had a brilliant day and enjoyed rugby, Gaelic football and soccer skills. They also tried balancing on the obstacle course and on the balance bikes. Special thanks to Logan’s daddy Robbie for taking the soccer skills activity.
On Wednesday the children enjoyed a shared education visit to our friends in Holy Trinity Nursery. They had fun sharing snack and playing with their new friends.
The weather looks to be good for the next period and we would ask parents to ensure that they apply sun cream to their child every day. We plan to spend as much time as possible outdoors so we ask you to be vigilant with this.
The school achieved our eco schools green flag in recognition of the work we do in loving after the environment, recycling, saving water and energy and growing plants and vegetables. Congratulations to the children on their hard work.
