This week the children have been learning about the routines in school. We use a visual timetable. So far the children have been introduced to washing hands, free play, tidy up time, carpet time, snack time, outside play and home. We are focusing on the nursery rhyme Baa Baa Black Sheep. We sing “Soap and Water” at hand washing time, ask your child to sing this for you. Next week the class will be coming together for the first time as a group of 27, for the full time, this may be daunting for some children.
